The Journey Continues... Food and Stories for a Sustainable World

On sunday 07/07/2024 afternoon, the conference "The Journey Continues... Food and Stories for a Sustainable World" was held, where we, the Tamil Diaspora , were also present. We have been welcomed in Valdilana, Italy, for over 30 years.

Following a brief introduction about our identity presented by Mathusa (member of Tamil Youth Organisation Italy, TYO), the conference proceeded, moderated by her who is currently also a municipal councilor in Valdilana. The event concluded with a multi-ethnic dinner.

During the entire event, TYO organised a flyer distribution and set up posters about our identity and the sustainability of the Eelam Tamils at the entrances, all created by the youth themselves!

It was an excellent event with a great turnout!
