The provisional hospital in Mullivaaikkal faces numerous problems as it has become the main target of the Sri Lankan army, following another bombing it leading to the deaths of over 100. According to the doctor, there are over a thousand people in the security zone who urgently need medical help. However, there are not enough medicines or enough staff to save everyone.
